Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should be good with numbers, organized, and able to manage day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
Location: Bangalore
Engagement: Full-time.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong passion for accounting and willingness to grow in the finance domain
- Proven experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Familiarity with Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

- Awareness of latest notifications, amendments, and updates related to compliance matters (TDS, GST, PF/PT, Payroll, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting workflow
- Maintain bookkeeping records and registers accurately
- Prepare and validate invoices (Debtors/Creditors)
- Perform ledger reconciliation on a regular basis
- Handle petty cash transactions and documentation
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Ensure timely execution of the payment process
- Exposure in the computation and filing of TDS, GST, PF/PT, Payroll, Form 16 & Form 16A, and 26AS reconciliation will be an added advantage
- Manage employee reimbursements and related documentation
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required by management
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned based on company requirements

Student Success Counsellor

Guitar Teacher (Part-Time / Flexible) – Kothrud Center

This role requires availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with the flexibility to offeradditional slots on other days based on mutual convenience.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Formal training in music or relevant certifications in guitar performance/teaching

Requirements:
- Proficiency in playing guitar (acoustic, classical, or electric) with strong technical skills
- Prior experience teaching guitar (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
